An 18th Century Venetian Burled Olivewood Secretaire, the shaped pediment surmounted by carved giltwood acanthus leaves and a mirror plate etched with an image of a harlequin flanked by gilt finials above two mirrored doors that open to reveal an interior of letter slots and drawers. The lower cabinet’s slant front reveals a writing surface and gallery of six drawers above three serpentine drawers with canted corners, with the whole raised on shaped bracket feet
